Hood Ledger is a peer-to-peer, non-custodial platform. Users retain control of wallets and funds. The Platform enables escrow for peer trades, community pots for collective causes, and a hustle board for gigs. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
You must be 18+ and not on sanctions lists. You agree to comply with financial, tax, labor, and consumer laws. We may request verification where required.
You are responsible for safeguarding wallets and keys. We cannot recover lost credentials. Digital assets are volatile, irreversible, and subject to network risks.
Smart contracts hold funds until both parties confirm or a moderator decides. Parties must use escrow in good faith and may submit evidence in disputes.
Shared pools for community initiatives with transparent on-chain tracking. Distributions follow stated rules; Hood Ledger has no control after release.
Marketplace for local services. Users are responsible for accuracy and legal compliance. Hood Ledger does not guarantee job completion or payment and is not an employer or agent.
Safeguard your wallet; use features in good faith; comply with laws; pay your own taxes.
No fraud, laundering, scams, illegal goods, exploitation, harassment, or security interference.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Hood Ledger license to host/display it. Hood Ledger's IP (logos, software) is protected.
Users should first attempt resolution directly. Moderators may decide disputes with one appeal (72 hours). Decisions are final within the Platform but do not waive statutory rights.
We do not custody funds. Fees may apply. Refunds are not provided except by escrow outcome or credits.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice. No uptime guarantees.
The Platform is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability capped at USD $100 or recent fees paid.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, unlawful use, or security risks.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Legal disputes fall under Wyoming state/federal courts.
Material changes will be notified (in-app/email) at least 7 days in advance. Continued use = acceptance.
These Terms are the entire agreement. Severability, no waiver, assignment limits, and electronic notices apply.
